When I want to get meta verified, I encounter an error like we couldn't verify your identity

We couldn't verify your identity, it says ask for a refund, but there is no item I bought, I bought it very well last year please somebody’s help

Not sure how that could be because I’ve used the same passport to Meta verify my personal account. Why can’t my identity be verified on my iPhone account? I was on the phone with a customer service rep and she told me that my identity couldn’t be verified!! Why not?

Verification Required Problem It’s keep saying verification required and I would like to have some information that is valid with this problem cause I went on YouTube and didn’t work , I’m trying to download apps that are very important so please contact as soon as you can so we can fix this problem together!
