How to bypass Activation Lock after factory reset on iPhone 11 Pro Max?

My iPhone 11 Pro Max got stuck on the Apple logo, and I had to use my PC to do a factory reset on iTunes.

The iPhone was able to turn on, but it led to an activation lock. The email address associated with the iPhone owner is mine, but I couldn't find a place to log in with my iPhone details. I know my iPhone password, but I couldn't find the login space. It kept saying 'error' after getting to the last part. It shows messages for connecting to Wi-Fi; I did that, but it says the iPhone cannot be updated. Please, what can I do? This has been going on since last year.

Access your device from the iCloud website, and release the Activation Lock there.
