I want to zero my iTunes balance

Spend the remaining balance. Purchase an item that is the same amount or larger than the balance left. The balance will zero out and the remainder charged to your primary payment option associated with you account, for example a credit or debit card.

Make sure you have a valid credit or debit card associated to your account before spending the remaining balance.
