Buying in-app tokens, or expensive subscriptions could be considered consent, if it happened on your device, which is technically under your supervision, regardless of who operated it. If it happened recently, then you could argue that it was unintentional or accidental, then maybe something can be done.
If someone else used your payment method to get items without your consent, or a commercial entity was making charges for things that you didn’t ask for, then that would be fraud, and you should address that as such: In that case, contact the payment method organization to investigate your fraud claim.
