why is my 16 pro max slow after 18.3.1 update

My 16 pro max is exceptionally slower after the 18.3.1 update earlier this week. Why?

Check what applications(apps) your running or 3rd party services.

Check for software problems
Ensure you have sufficient storage space
Check your battery health
Look for frozen applications
Disable Low Power Mode
Check network conditions
Ensure your iPhone is not overheating or too cold
Consider rebooting your device.
