Having uploaded latest software version found my iPad is locked. Siri voice repeats back each command made. It does not allow the Security Log 6 Digit Pin to be completed as repeats each key pressed but does not populate the shown 6 digit positions. Have powered down but on bringing back up again same issue is apparent.?

If your iPad is unresponsive to touch-screen input, connect your iPad to its Power Adapter - and while connected, perform a forced-restart of your iPad:
Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)
If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:
Force restart iPad (models with the Home button)
Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
