This feature is only available in specific apps that support it (such as Messages or Notes). Follow these steps:
Create Genmoji with Apple Intelligence on Mac - Apple Support
- In Messages on Mac, go to a conversation and select the Emoji icon to the right of the text box
- Click the similar Emoji icon to the right of the search box (it has a "+" icon)
- Describe your emoji
This feature requires that Apple Intelligence is turned on for your Mac.
