Siri ignores downloaded voice in Short Cut automations with 'speak text' when Apple Intelligence is enabled

I have Siri American Voice 5 selected for the overall system voice. When Apple Intelligence is enabled, Siri ignores the downloaded voice option and reverts back to system voice when executing Short Cut Automations with "Speak Text".

Part 1 - Create Short Cut:

• Download U.S. American Siri Voice 2
• Set Voice 2 as default Siri voice
• Create a Short Cut Automation for when the phone is connected to power for recharge.
• Set a Speak Text: "Thanks for the recharge"
• Set Speak Text voice to Voice 2
• Create a Short Cut Automation for when the phone is disconnected from power.
• Set a Speak Text: "Thanks again for the recharge"
• Set Speak Text voice to Voice 2
• Test Automation by connecting to power supply...Then disconnect from power supply. Siri should speak the text using US American Voice 2.
• Turn off phone, wait for 30 seconds
• Turn on Phone... Wait 60 seconds. Repeat test. Siri should return same result with the U.S. American Voice 2.

Part 2 - Reproducing the Issue:

• Enable Apple Intelligence.
• Test Automation by connecting to power supply...Then disconnect from power supply. Siri should speak the text using US American Voice 2.
• Turn off phone, wait for 30 seconds.
• Turn on Phone... Wait 60 seconds. Repeat test.
• Test Automation by connecting to power supply...Then disconnect from power supply. Siri will speak the text with a system assigned voice rather than US American Voice 2.

*NOTE: The issue may not appear until a second reboot or after several minutes.

- Look at the Speak Text voice choices for the Short Cut Automation. There will be no option for the downloaded Siri Voice 2 - only the system default voice choices will be available.

*NOTE: the speak text may show the chosen voice 2 option, but will ignore the voice choice when speaks the text. Eventually the downloaded choices will disappear and only the default system choices will remain.

• DISABLE Apple Intelligence.
• Test Automation by connecting to power supply...Then disconnect from power supply. Siri will continue to ignore using US American Voice 2.
• Turn off phone, wait for 30 seconds.
• Turn on Phone... Wait 60 seconds. Repeat test.
• Test Automation by connecting to power supply...Then disconnect from power supply. Siri will now speak using the US American Voice 2.
