Apple Watch 10 not tracking wrist temperature during sleep

I’ve had my Apple Watch Series 10 for almost 2 months now, and my watch has not been tracking the wrist temperature for the vitals app. I have wrist detection enabled, I have sleep focus enabled for it, but it still tells me I need to have 6 more sleep sessions needed before it can tell me my average (it has one filled in but it never changes) I mean, it does and can track all the other vitals, which is why I’m so confused about this issue
