How do I remove a persistent malware block pop-up after data transfer on Mac?

Shortly after transferring data from my old macbook air to my new computer, I received a warning message indicating that a malware attempt was blocked. The popup will not go away despite clicking done numerous times. Screenshots of the drives I believe are impacted below. Note the popup indicates that "ReceiverHelper" and "ServiceRecords" are not opened. I thought a malware scan would clear but no luck so far.
