I want to be added to my wife (Juditt H) Family Sharing 2TB and cancel my 50 GB ICloud storage.
Have tried several times over the last years, but no result.

What were these actions?
To join her iCloud storage plan in Family Sharing she has to invite you and you have to accept. At that point your existing paid plan will cease.
