i would say probably not only if your really desperate to get onto Apple intelligence which still isn’t 100% ready. I would save your money right now

. You will be loosing a lot of features giving up the 13 pro max for one the screen will be smaller and refresh rate you will notice a difference. I once stepped down to a regular iPhone from a pro max and I regretted it.

That's your call. Note that Apple provides updates for 7 generations, and then discontinues it. So, for me, I will wait until this ends, or until my device just fails. You might want to consider doing the same. At the end of this year, expect iPhone 17 to be released, and just 3 more years of your device.
