"How do I unlock a locked iCloud account with forgotten security questions?: Hi everyone, my icloud is locked. currently I cannot unlock it because I forgot the security questions and cannot access icloud because it has domain .icloud.com. I still have the password for that icloud. how can I unlock it? thank you"

It is the Apple Account that is locked --not your iCloud eMails. So, get the Apple Account unlocked, being that it has become locked. So, being that is the case, here is the information to use:
