If you are changing regions:

First, cancel your subscriptions and wait until the end of the subscription period.

Second, make a request to zero out any remaining balance on your account by contacting Customer Support by phone:

• 1-800-APLCARE.
• Contact Support.

Then click ▶︎ Change Region for step-by-step instructions. 🌐

(1) You can purchase an item that costs more than your balance and use a payment method for the rest.
