iPhone 14 back camera making quiet crackling noise and glitching after coconut oil exposure

so I wanna start by saying I have a iPhone 14 and I dropped my phone on the stairs a few months back and it cracked the camera and so there’s no glass over it and I’ve never had no problems with it until jsut a few minutes ago . It was a pretty normal night and I used Snapchat and my regular camera app earlier that day with the back camera and nothing happened then I did my boyfriends hair and I put coconut oil in it cause it helps his curls and I grabbed my phone and I’m down got on my camera but I just cleaned it and didnt think nothing if it until I was taking a picture of my cat and it started doing it and it still makes the noise if I put it in .5 the camera just doesn’t glitch and when it’s on the regular camera which is the lens that broke it glitches so I think maybe the coconut oil got in there or smth but I just wanted maybe some opinions??
