Notes app keeps crashing right when i open it (M2 Air)

Last time i was using notes i was trying out the ai rewrite function, right when i clicked on it it crashed and i cant open up the notes app anymore. It isn't a problem with iCloud sync, i turned it off. I can access the notes in my phone and in the website.

Notes app has serious syncing issues. Reported this issue 1 year ago and it still persists The notes application does a terrible job of syncing across devices lately. for instance I'll have the notes app open on my desktop. and i always work out of the same document within the notes app. i'll quit out of it during the day. go onto my iphone at night and write a note in that same document. then come back to the desktop computer in the morning and re-open the notes app and it has not sync'd the note that I had written on the iphone hours before. so I quit the desktop notes app again, reopen. same issue. So I go to the iphone and open notes and then i see it sync/reflect on the desktop. I shouldn't have to go through all those steps just to get it to automatically sync. It never had this kind of sync issue 2 years ago. I've reported this issue before and it still persists

Notes app keeps duplicating my notes I keep finding duplicates of specific notes in my Notes app. Worse, some of my pinned notes will be duplicated and removed from the pinned section on some devices and not others. All of my notes are in the iCloud folder. I don't have device specific notes. This is a concerning issue as I fear I will lose my notes. Seems like a clear software issue surrounding syncing. I've noticed this issue on and off for years and across iOS versions and devices. Can you guys just fix this already?

notes app crashing The Notes app crashes immediately every time I try to open it. How can I fix this? I need to get access to my Notes.

ps: i even tried reinstalling sonoma, still the notes app keeps crashing.
