iPhone 15 Pro SIM Failure & Missing Cellular Options After Network Reset

Hi, I've been experiencing constant SIM failures on my iPhone 15 Pro recently, so I reset the network settings. After doing that, the Cellular menu is almost empty—there's no option for roaming, hotspots, cellular data, etc. The only thing visible is a list of my eSIMs, which show as invalid or no SIM. Could this be an issue with my provider, or is it a hardware problem? (Now it shows 'No SIM' because I performed a factory reset using my Mac's Finder, which deleted my eSIMs. However, the Cellular menu remains the same as it was before)
