How do I recover deleted calendar events on iPhone 12 due to full memory?

apple iphone 12 deletes my calendar events because iphone memory was too full and there is no way to retrieve the events! I am missing appointments because of this and some memories and milestones of my pregnancy and baby since birth, because I relied on this calendar! we contacted helpdesk but they only confirmed the issue with no plans to fix it!! because i am using ios 18.1 and we must uograde to 18.3?!

Are you syncing your calendar to icloud or another cloud service?

The amount of calendar data kept local on the phone may be limited, but if you’re syncing with icloud, it should still be visible there.

Log into your account at https://icloud.com from a browser on your computer and look at the web based calendar app there.
