I have been trying to control my grandmas iPhone 12 (iOS 18.3) via FaceTime. But it doesn’t seem to work, the finger symbol in the bottom right corner is not visible on either of our phones. (I have an iPhone 16 (iOS 18.3)). I have tried looking at screen time restriction and have activated FaceTime on both devices. I have tried multiple times with no luck and looked at multiple guides and videos.
