Who is jim balsamic?

I keep on getting texts about how you can get “free colorful messages” if I send a chain to other people. It says “Jim balsamic” is the head of this and I have absolutely no clue who that is. Are they real?

Scammers using FaceTime and claiming to be from Synchrony Credit card issuing company I received Multiple calls from 8********4 claiming to be from Synchrony Credit card issuing company. Followed by a facetiem call. I received a FaceTime call from this email address *******@gmail.com The guy claimed he work for FDIC and texted me his ID’s Can someone please look into this company?
