How to see what is in Kindle contents

The Kindle content folder has thousands of files all with just weird numbers. Is there a way to be able to read the title of the books, instead of having to open every single one to find the book I want? I have 1746 books and am tearing my hair out trying to find the one I want to convert to use on my tablet.
