Activation lock on iPhone 11 phone was open when I bought i entered my iPhone account in phone before resetting now I locked my self out cause I didn't set it up originally

Unfortunately, you don't bypass Activation Lock.
To unlock the phone, you need to know the Apple ID and Password of the person who originally set up the phone. Otherwise, the phone is going to be useless.
Probably best to simply return the phone for a refund, unless the seller is the same person who set up the phone and they can provide you with the information that you need to unlock the phone.

Activation lock is a security protocol that can't be bypassed. Only the person it is locked to can unlock it.
If you bought this from someone and it came locked, try to get your money back, you will never be able to use the phone.
