Is my iPhone 7 vulnerable to hacking through suspicious messages?

I have an old phone and have recently gotten two suspicious messages pop up and they ask me to click on them immediately. It is iphone 7.

Whatever the scammers ask you to do, do not interact with them, and delete it. Those are scam attempts, your iPhone is not open to hacking.
