iPad Mini 7 Backlight Hesitation
I ordered an iPad mini 7 on launch day. I had to have the original unit replaced, by Apple three weeks ago due to the screen suddenly turning off and never turning back on again. Shortly before the screen failed I started to notice the backlight hesitated when it was locked and a notification was received/displayed or the TouchID was awaken. I would describe the hesitation as, the screen would start off dim, then jump suddenly to the preset brightness, no gradiant between. Today, now my replacement unit is doing the same thing. Should I be concerned my replacement units screen is going to fail or is this a bug in iOS 18 for the iPad mini? I'm not sure if Apple would warrant this again, if it is failing, and I can't afford to buy another tablet in such a short period of time, plus I love the size of the iPad Mini.
P.S. This iPad is only used in my house, in a case, with a glass screen protector and is only charged every other day, so not in hard use and I am its only user, so it is never dropped for used outside of my house.
