Stop "fixing" USB audio interface connections

I am a dedicated Mac user, audio engineer, and I'm baffled as to why Apple has not resolved this issue.

3rd party audio interfaces are either not recognized on boot, or they aren't recognized at all. This was not a problem with the last OS. What has been changed, and how long should a person expect to wait for this to be fixed?

Mac Pro, macOS 15.3

The current stable release of Sequoia including bug fixes, security updates is macOS 15.3.1
