My phone will not Harley charge And the battery percentage can be on 90% and if I get on Facebook to say it takes it all the way down to 25% in like five minutes. I don’t take long at all for my battery to go completely dead.

Facebook puts a tremendous strain on your battery. Meta has acknowledged they have a problem and have attempted to fix it with an update, but it still has not been resolved. This is with devices that have good battery health, if you battery is weak at all, then you are likely to see more dramatic results. If your Battery Health is less than 80%, it needs to be replaced.
