Apple Pay is not an account and funds cannot be deposited into Apple Pay. You’re probably confusing Apple Pay with Apple Cash.
Funds in Apple Account are exclusively for purchase from Apple either online at Apple.com/store or its stores such as App Store, iTunes Store etc. You can also use Apple Account for purchases at Apple Retail Stores. Funds in an Apple Account are non-transferable and non-refundable.
