How to Clear Recently Viewed in IOS 18 Photos App

IOS 18 photo introduced new utilities including the “Recently Viewed” album. However, users cannot modify or clear recent viewed records. To me, it is just an annoying feature that I have to hide it, while the records are still saved and will be seen if someone turn on the utilities section in the Photos App

You cannot empty the Recently Viewed album like a Browser cache. It is created automatically. Probably there are no tools to clear the Recently Viewed history, because it does not create a large cache like Safari.

Currently the only help to protect your viewing privacy for Photos make sure that no one but you knows your password and can unlock your device.
