Apple charts: How do I maintain the display of zero values

I am creating a presentation using critical statistics in Apple numbers generating a bar chart and then inserting that data into Keynote. For whatever reason, the display of the charts are inconsistent, despite sharing similar information. The issue is when displaying a scale of 1-180, some include a zero figure on the numeric scale, whilst others will show a summarised scale of say 150- 180 which clearly shows an inaccurate visual representation. How can I maintain the 0-180 numeric scale?
