Force shut-down Mac Mini after first setup when stuck?

When I booted up my M4 Pro for the very first time, after having finished the intial setup (account creation and everything else), passed the Welcome to Mac screen, entering the Desktop, the Keyboard Setup Assistant popped up and froze after I pressed continue, not allowing me to close it, use the M4 Pro at all, restart or shutdown.

After 30 minutes of waiting, I decided to hold down the power button until it shut down and booted it back up again. After that it didn't freeze at this setup anymore because I probably pressed Quit instead of continue.

Now, did I mess something up, having done that right after the Mac was set up for the first time and do I have to now reset my Mac again / do a fresh install of Mac OS?

Any experience or advice?

Also, that Pop up of the keyboard assistant comes every time I boot.

I'm using the Logitech MX Keys Mini with the dual OS Layout and a Logitech Bolt dongle, plugged into a UGREEN USB Switch which is connected to the Thunderbolt 5 back port.

I'm mainly concerned though that by force shutting my Mac down by holding the power button when it booted into the desktop for the first time, I might have broken / corrupted something in the OS or interrupted a setup process?

Plug the Logitech dongle into a USB-C to USB-A adapter instead of into the UGREEN Switch.

for some examples:

Plus I would plug the Logitech dongle into one of the Mac mini's front ports to lessen the interference from other high speed TB/USB cables and devices plugged into the back.

Then if you still get the Keyboard/mouse setup assistance..?

go to Apple > System Setting > Bluetooth > Advanced... > turn off "Open when no... is detected" > click Done.

Uff I didn't want to have 3 extension cables plus I wanted to share devices between the Mac and my Computer that's why I wanted to use the switch.

I basically have 3 dongles, two are Logitech receivers, one's a Bolt and the other's a Lightspeed and the third is an iLok for licenses.

What's the exact problem?

If the Logitech device(s) are not connecting or reconnecting when the dongle(s) are plugged into the switch, then you need to move on to plan B or C.

Plan B connect the Logitech dongle(s) directly to the Mac mini and test.

Plan C plug a wired USB keyboard and mouse into the switch and test.
