How do I remove contact pages from my MacBook Air screen?

Restore Contacts I accidentally removed my contact list from the bottom bar of my Mac desktop. I clicked and slid the icon to the desktop and didn't realize it until it disappeared. Apparently this removed it. I did a recover my contacts from iCloud but I don't know where they went on my Mac. How can I get this icon back on my bar with my contacts?

My Mac deletes contacts from my Contact list. Why? Periodically, my computer deletes 5 or more contacts from my contact list. What is going on? How can I stop this?

Digital Keepaway in Contacts.\ (It happens to be my own name.) thew fields: name, address, phone email etc. but when I click on EDIT the only thing left is the name. When I click done they all appear again 13.5.2 Mac air 13" 2019 Thanks.

It's not a good idea to post photographs of what appear to be minor children on any publicly viewable website, especially considering the fact those images may correlate with the names on that screenshot.
