Assuming the 16E you purchase has a physical Sim slot, yes, they use the same size Sim card. If you buy the phone in the US, it will use eSim only.

iPhone 16es sold for the U.S. market do not take physical SIM cards. For them, you would need to get an eSIM from your carrier.
