When my daughter texts me, my apple watch does not notify me of her incoming message. It does for other people's messages, but not hers only. She's not blocked, and if I go to the message app on my watch, her message is there. It's just not notifying me through haptics or sound. How can I resolve this?

Make sure that her message thread is not silenced on your Messages app.
To check this:
Go to your Messages app on the Apple Watch
Find your daughter's contact, and swipe it to the left to get a purple bell icon and a red delete icon.
Make sure that the purple bell icon has a slash through it when you swipe left, because that means it is not on Do Not Disturb. However, if there is no slash through it, then press it again, which should make the slash come back.
