change downloaded podcast play order

I downloaded a bunch of podcasts from various shows to my phone.

Apple podcasts lists them from newest at the top, to oldest at the bottom, which is fine with me.

But when I try to play them from oldest to newest, after finishing the oldest podcast in my downloaded list, rather than going to the next oldest podcast, it loops back to the top and starts the newest podcast.

There's no way to reorder the list to go from oldest at the top to newest at the bottom, and i haven't found a "play order" setting so that it plays from oldest to newest.

Is there any way to do that? Or do I have to manually select the next oldest podcast after the oldest ends EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. like a caveman?
