Hi we have a problem with an iPad which has stopped retrieving mail fro mthe Bt internet mail server. It gives error message “network error posix 50”. iPad connecting ok to internet for all other applications such as browser etc. iPad iOS is up to date. Any ideas on how to fix this so that the iPad can receive emails again? Many thanks

Report the issue to BT support or look at their help site.
