Exporting presentation from keynote to a different platform whats the best?

What is it that Keynote is missing?

If you're a Microsoft Office subscriber, you can get PowerPoint for Mac and open/edit your presentation there.

Depending on what it is you're trying to do, you might even find that something like Google Slides will give you what you want, although if it's transitions you're looking for, Keynote has a more extensive list than Google Slides

It's not exactly clear what you're trying to do. Are you trying to export a presentation FROM PowerPoint and open it in Keynote? Or are you trying to create a presentation in Keynote and export it TO.... something?

What presentation applications do you have access to?

If you prefer Powerpoint and are familiar with it, that's what I would suggest.
