Why is one icon in dark mode when my iPhone is set to light mode?
my iphone is light mode icons but one of my icons are in dark mode that is not like the rest of them is it a bug

Yes, this appears to be a bug. Try restarting your iPhone. You can send feedback to Apple concerning this:
This happens occasionally since iOS 18 has to switch between app icon image assets submitted by developers (they submit different icons for light, dark, and tinted modes).
