Why does my MacBook Pro 13 2018 restart with a panic error when waking from sleep mode?

Good day to all! I ran into the problem that my used MacBook periodically reboots with the same problem, which is shown below. I can't relate this to anything, this has never happened when using a laptop. When under load or working with heavy applications or games, the laptop does not issue errors. But about once every two weeks, when I want to wake up the laptop from sleep mode by opening the lid, for some reason it restarts and gives this error. MacBook Pro 13 2018 i5/8GB RAM.

re: < Kernel data abort. at pc >

Run the Apple Diagnostics for any hardware issues

unplug all non-essential peripherals when testing

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

all known to cause issues on the macOS
