Turn focus on in my iPhone settings and do not disturb came on and I don’t know how to turn focus off of network reset my iPhone can anyone help?

The button circled in green in the Control Center turns DND on or off.
I have tried all solutions that I've found and NOTHING has turned off the Do Not Disturb! I am furious as I have missed multiple calls that I needed to answer. This only recently started happening for my husband's and my phones. It's infuriating. Please tell us how to disable this constant Do Not Disturb function!
