Macbook Air M2 15' 2023
I recently broke my screen and got it replaced and when I put the screen on max brightness it starts doing streaks from the bottom and to fix it I gotta shut the lid and reopen it.
Someone please help me with this.

This is the third screen they've put on, it's hard to find the screen especially since it is starlight.
First time the glue on the screen was not proper.
Second time streaks would happen regardless of being on automatically increasing if I put it on maximum.
Now, the third time, only when I turn it off, it automatically increases the brightness and puts on max sometimes streaks happen.
I asked if it was a software problem he said it's not but I'm thinking it might, if there is a way to reset the graphics card or something maybe it will fix?
do you think its due to it being a complete replacement and not having the chips that was in the original screen? because true tone is not showing up and i heard its due to it not being a genuine screen
Who did the repair work? Take it back to them.
just now, an hour after i replied regardless of if it is on automatic or not it is doing it if i put it on max, i might go back to the repair guy.
I hate to break it to you, but your phone is completely unsupportable. Apple won't touch it.
You really should have taken it to Apple or an authorized service provider.
ive got the original part still just chuck it on and will be fine, plus im not taking it to apple because they are going to overcharge me, im gonna go to him soon and ill see
