How do I bypass or reset security questions for an Apple ID without prior setup?

When I created my Apple ID, in

2012, I had never

setup or created security questions. How can

I bypass or reset it

since I had never

setup or created answer for the security questions?

I

do remember my Apple ID and password but not security questions. I

have tried to reset the security questions “forgot my security

questions from” iforgot.apple.com, but Apple still keeps asking me

to answer my current security questions which I

have never setup or created.
