iPhone charging port detecting liquid despite no moisture

My phone keeps saying it’s detecting liquid but there’s no liquid or anything in the port could you try to fix that?

Perhaps there had been 'higher humidity' near your phone

and if there also is debris inside its connection ports; then

that may show up as liquid/water, inside. Clear any dust or

debris from openings to iPhone exterior, and keep it dry.


Maybe use wooden toothpick, or other non-conductives

when you attempt to clear stuff from charge openings &

other locations on exterior of your iPhone..


Upon Inspection, an Apple Authorized Service Provider..

(who may also be reseller of new/used apple products)

..may SEE if any of the internal sensor strips 'triggered'.
