Mic Mode not working on mac book pro 2020, Mac OS Sequoia

While using the mic on Facetime, zoom, Google Meet or any third-party app using the mic, I don't see the mic mode to get voice isolation anymore. I only see a privacy light showing the mic or the camera is in use.

I'm currently on Sequoia 15.3.1 macbook pro m1 2020

I've attached pictures of how it currently is, i would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to get mic modes mainly voice isolation back.
