Random charge for $73.83 without any subscription on App Store

I bought a ipad mini yesterday and my account was charged the exact order amount but when I checked my account the next day there was a new charge for $73.83. I've checked my subscriptions and nothings there. I checked my apple purchase history and nothing is there for that price. Does anyone know what this is?
