How do I unlock an inherited Apple Watch without Apple Account password?
I bought my friend's father's I watch.her dad is passed out. we cannot find iCloud password.how can I unlock the I watch?

The family can request access to his Apple account, but until and unless they do, and then they remove the activation lock from the device, it’s useless.
There is no way for you to bypass the activation lock.
