Which 24" monitor with an integrated webcam is fully compatible with the Mac Studio Apple M2 Max

I just purchased the MacStudio and cannot afford to also get the MacMonitor. I would preferably like a 24" Dell with an integrated web cam with VESA mount as it would fit best with my other 2 - 24"monitor set up. I found this one but the one of the reviews say that it is not compatible with Mac - https://www.amazon.com/Dell-Video-CONFERENCING-Monitor-P2418HZ/dp/B083C31JW7/

It has an HDMI input so the video works. The issue is the camera and other key controls of the keyboard. I would wait and see what others here are using. Many LG monitors but not sure about the speakers and camera. I'm using an LG 27" 5K which is great but costs much more. You can use the free app MonitorControl which may let you use the brightness keys on the keypad. It would be easier to use an external camera and speakers then you would have a larger selection of monitors.
