I have an iphone 15 and my TV is a Sony Bravia KD-43XE8005. I cannot see my TV on the iphone screen mirroring. The TV is connected to the router via a LAN cable and the phone is connected to the same router via WiFi. Privacy settings are set to "Agreed". I hope someone can advice why I cannot see the TV. Thanks.

Could be that the KD-series TVs do not support AirPlay. Only Google TV and specific XBR models running AndroidTV

The spec sheet implies your TV is AndroidTV-based, and therefore has no AirPlay support.
You should be able to use it still using a third-party utility on your phone that supports ChromeCast or MiraCast (Sony's preferred screen mirroring protocol). Check the App Store for a myriad of options (I have no opinion of which app is best).
Or stream to some external box such as an AppleTV. That's what I do.

Some devices default to LAN if connected. Try disconnecting the LAN cable and just using WiFi.

I believe AirPlay only works consistently over Wi-Fi, not over LAN. Try to turn on Wi-Fi on your TV to test.
