How do I recover deleted photos from a full iPhone storage?

How do I retrieve deleted photos? I believe that I received an email that stated my storage was full. I did not respond to that and about a week later, most of my photos disappeared from my iphone.

Apple does not send you emails saying your storage is full, so that is a scam attempt. Do not interact with it and delete it. Regarding your missing photos, first make sure you have iCloud Photos turned on in Settings > Tap your name > iCloud > iCloud Photos > Sync this iPhone is on. Then check your Recently Deleted folder and see if you accidentally deleted the photos, you have 30 days to recover.
