Fonts not syncing to all apps?

There are fonts that I like to use in some of my Final Cut videos for YouTube. I wanted to make a document with the same font in Pages, but the font isn't showing up at all in Pages. I am just wondering how I can get all the fonts synced up? I searched for the Final Cut font (called The Hand Serif) in the Font Book app and it wasn't there either. if it's in Final Cut, then surely it's somewhere on my Mac's hard drive? Not sure if it's a custom font or not.

The Hand Serif is on the list of Documented-supported Fonts at

Fonts included with macOS Sequoia - Apple Support

It says "These fonts are available only to documents that already use the font, or to apps that request the font by name."

Whether there's an easy way to expand their usage I don't know.

If the Final Cut font doesn't show up in Font Book, then it may be located inside the Final Cut application bundle, or even a framework that Final Cut uses. In that case, it simply is not available to the operating system to build into the Font cache so other applications can reference it.
