I wanna opt out of starlink

You cannot opt out, if you haven't first opted in. Keep in mind that Apple did not partner with Starlink on your iPhone, and rather T-Mobile did. So you must be a T-Mobile customer and sign up for the beta testing to use Starlink, otherwise you do not have it on your iPhone.

Are you a T-Mobile customer in the US? If not, there is nothing to opt out of. T-Mobile is partnering with Starlink. If you use any other US carrier, Starlink doesn't come into the picture at all.

If you are a T-mobile customer that doesn’t want a service offered by T-mobile, you should contact them.

How is this related to your Apple device though? Isn't that something you'd have to reach out to Starlink for? To cancel any subscriptions or space trips or whatever?
